The birth of Wszamaj.to

The story starts quite... simply. When you are hungry and want to order food, you choose well-known large corporations with an orange, green, or blue logo. However, it was different in places like Białogard, Namysłów or Kętrzyn. In these towns, it was impossible to find restaurants with online ordering options.

This inspired us to create something new, something for excluded restaurateurs and guests. Something that did not exist before. This is how Wszamaj.to was born – as a response to the actions of the largest corporations, a small company with Polish capital ready to do what others are afraid of.

Wszamaj became not just a name, but our motto that we will... do something. We did it. We created the best app for small towns in Poland, without demanding millions from Polish entrepreneurs and consumers.

6.1. Right of access to data

The User and the Restaurant have the right to request rectification of incorrect personal data concerning them and supplementation of incomplete data.

6.2. Right to rectify data

The User and the Restaurant have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them in cases provided by law, in particular when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or when the data were processed unlawfully.

6.3. Right to delete data ("right to be forgotten")

The User and the Restaurant have the right to request restriction of data processing in cases provided by law, in particular when they question the accuracy of personal data or when the processing is unlawful and the User or the Restaurant opposes the deletion of data.

6.4. Right to limit processing

The User and the Restaurant have the right to receive personal data concerning them, which they provided to the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and have the right to send these data to another administrator.

6.5. Right to data portability

The User and the Restaurant have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them in cases provided by law, in particular when the processing of data takes place on the basis of legitimate interests of the Administrator.

6.6. Right to object

The User and the Restaurant have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time, if the processing takes place on the basis of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The User and the Restaurant have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, if they consider that the processing of personal data violates legal provisions.

Restaurant Profile

 - an order for gastronomic products placed by the User via the Online Service.

Order

 - an agreement between the Service Operator and the Restaurant regarding the placement of the Restaurant profile in the Online Service and the provision of services by electronic means.

Agreement

 – an external, sudden, unpredictable and impossible to prevent event, independent of the parties, in particular: natural disasters, fires, floods, power and telecommunications grid failures, strikes, actions of public authorities, epidemics, pandemics, riots, wars, and other random events that prevent or significantly hinder the implementation of the Agreement.

 - These Regulations define the rules for using the Online Service, including conditions for providing services by electronic means by the Service Operator and the rights and obligations of Users and Restaurants.

Scope of the regulations

 - Use of the Online Service is equivalent to acceptance of these Regulations. Users and Restaurants are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Regulations.

Acceptance of the Regulations

 - The Online Service aims to enable Users to browse Restaurant offers, place online orders and facilitate Restaurants to publish their offers and fulfill orders.

Purpose of the Service

Service Operator

 - The Service Operator makes every effort to ensure that the Service is available 24 hours a day, but is not responsible for interruptions in the functioning of the Service resulting from reasons beyond the Service Operator's control, including force majeure, technical failures or actions of third parties.
